A Birthday card for #TGIFC52 It's their 1st birthday! I used the cute bear from Bear Hugs stamps set and Balloon Celebration stamp set The balloons were stamped with Calypso Coral Ink and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. The strings are the Silver Metallic Thread Oh and the dots are made with a stamp from A Number of Years stamped in Calypso Coral I stamped off once then inked with Crumb Cake The SO cute little skirt was inked with Crumb Cake and then water colored with Calypso Coral and an Aqua Painter. I added Venetian Crochet Trim that is retiring =( One of my Favorite Ribbons! I used a lot of Dimentionals! Time to order more. This pic was before I added the Rhinestones.
