You,ve Got This & Hardwood Hey, back again with a Congrats card for a bridal shower. I've been gone so long because I've laid another sister with cancer to rest! 3rd sister, 2nd one from cancer. The same type my mom died from! =( I spent a lot of time with her in NH before her passing, which I'm very thankful for! So this card I started with Kraft cardstock. I embossed Hardwood stamp with Gold embossing powder and VersaMark. Then with a sponge and white Craft Ink I rubbed it several times for a white-washed look on the "wood' I also embossed the flowers in Gold powder after I water-colored onto Watercolor Paper. Then fussy cut them out with paper snips. I cut some petals off of some of them. The leaves were watercolored and cut out with the Flower Fair Framelits. I kinda folded them in the middle and inked the edges. I watercolored part of the sentiment (actually I used left over from the leaves) , embossed in Gold again and cut out
